Willa Fairfax is only one semester away from graduating culinary school when she learns that she has inherited a restaurant. Well, not a restaurant exactly, but a small-town diner with a loyal following. The Bent Spoon, however, serves uninspired food in an equally uninspired setting. Willa agrees to work with her twin brother, Daniel, to flip the restaurant and sell it as quickly as possible, but they soon find themselves in over their heads.
Dom Calloway is a handsome farmer who delivers organic produce to the restaurant. He is passionate about his hometown and continuing the farming legacy his family has started in Hollyhead. The intense and overbearing Willa soon has Dom’s world on end. While Willa is transforming the restaurant, Dom learns that she is set on returning to the glamorous big-city life she left behind. Their disagreements soon threaten their friendship and the feelings that are blossoming between them.
